Drawing Entry Form
Contest terms: Entries will be accepted between December 26, 2008 and January 12, 2009 and all entries must be received by January 12, 2009 (midnight pacific time) using the above entry form. The drawing will be held on January 13, 2009. The winners will be notified via e-mail and the prize will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Valana Minerals independent consultants, employees and their family members are ineligible.
Winners agree to allow their name, image or likeness to be used in conjunction with other promotional, marketing, sales events and release from liability Valana Minerals (Afribaby LLC), independent consultants, employees and contest supporters.
